How we use AI
Short version: our products are real, and a lot of our marketing visuals are made with AI. We would rather tell you than have you find out.
What is real
- The products. Every device we sell is a real, physical product that ships to you.
- The product photos on our product pages. We use photographs of the actual item from our supplier — including the ones that aren't perfectly styled. What you see is what arrives.
- The specifications, prices and shipping information.
What is AI-generated
- Our short videos on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest. The people, rooms and scenes in them are generated by AI. They are illustrations of how a product is used — not recordings of a real customer.
- Some lifestyle and banner images on this site, for example category covers.
- Parts of our written descriptions are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publishing.
What we do not do
- We do not publish invented customer reviews or testimonials. If a review is not real, it is not on this site.
- We do not use AI to imitate doctors, dermatologists or any medical professional.
- We do not use before-and-after photographs taken from other people or brands.
- We do not make medical claims. Our devices are cosmetic tools, not treatments.
How we label it
Every AI-generated video we publish carries a visible on-screen label and a note in its caption, and the platform's own AI-content marker is switched on. This is our disclosure as required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act, which applies from 2 August 2026.
Why we tell you this
We are a small, new company. We can't yet afford a studio, a film crew and a cast — so we use AI to show how our tools work. What we can afford is honesty about it, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee so the decision costs you nothing if we got it wrong.
